- A light-weight system-monitoring tool that allows
for the 24x7 monitoring of the state-of-health
of mission-critical systems. It makes use of TNS
to notify subscribers when systems are no longer
available.

Rules Engine
- A rules engine that applies rules to telephony
information.

- A Quality Assurance application. Used in Call
Centers, or any setting where Customer Service
Performance is important (e.g., Emergency Dispatch).
